CLASSES SUITABLE FOR EVERY BODY

Beginners welcome anytime. You don’t need to be flexible or fit or have had any previous yoga or meditation experience. The movements and postures are given in stages and you are encouraged to move mindfully, connect to your breath, listen to your body, calm your mind, relax and enjoy!
Covid Safety restrictions apply. Limited numbers per class and adherence to the 1.5m distance between mats (4sqm per person) there is no share equipment for use at class so please bring your own mat. Please be advised that if required your contact tracing applies and your details will be advised to the Government of WA and Department of Health WA.
Flex, tone and relax! These are general classes for every body. Please take the authority to listen to your body and modify or leave out any movements or postures that are not suitable for you.

Yoga and Meditation in school for children and teens

Yoga2Fitness facilitates yoga and meditation classes for children and teens at primary schools, high schools, school holidays programs and day care centres.

Bettina is a Children & Teens Yoga Instructor and Meditation Facilitator, and holds a current First Aid certificate, Working With Children card and is available to visit your school for an incursion of classes or an after school activity.
