I love my 3 weekly sessions, this is so much nicer than a gym. Bettina’s instructions are so easy to follow and I feel great afterward. Thoroughly recommend for beginners to advanced.
I love all the classes. I have been coming to the classes for a long time (sporadically due to other commitments) and I love Bettina’s gentle and validating approach. It’s a nurturing kind of yoga which encourages self acceptance. It is very good for my stress levels and joint issues.
