an invigorating early morning class on Tuesday 14 January at 6.30am

then relaxing Wednesday 7pm classes from 15 January

 flex, tone and relax  Thursdays 9.30am from 16 January  

lunch time stretch on Wednesdays 12noon library class from 22 January

start your Saturdays with a 10am class on 1 February

ChiBall™ and Yoga  Monday classes from 3 February
